Room B is fitted with double bed, desk, lamp, rail and a large cupboard. Big window facing back yard. The bathroom is shared with only 1 other occupant, bathroom includes lovely bath, shower, toilet sink, and vanity.

3 storey relaxing house in quiet neighbourhood.
On street parking.
Ground floor – Sunroom, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, and cupboard for each tenant)
First floor – Room B&C, bathroom, Cupboard on landing
Second floor – Room A, bathroom
Both front and back yard, bike shed, washing line.
Double glazing, Central heating, Full-fibre broadband,
Gas, Water, Electricity, WIFI all included in the rent. Tax band B.
Surrounding area:
Located close to restaurants, take out, groceries, gyms, parks and public transport (busses and trains).
10 min bike ride/ 20 min bus ride to the city centre.
Tenants:
Only accepting female applicants as it’s an all-female house. The occupants include student (F22) and professional (F20). Both are quiet, tidy and respectful, this is not a party house and looking for a likeminded roommate. This house is perfect for either student or professionals. The room caters for only 1 person, all bills + council tax is included in the price.
