Room description
The room I'm offering is in Study Inn student accommodation (called Reynard House) that is very close to both De Montfort University and the University of Leicester. I'm offering this room from mid-April onwards, with a minimum one-month contract. You can extend your stay after that by talking to the residence directly. I'm leaving the room because I'm finishing my degree and returning home (to Spain) in April. The room has its own bathroom and a double bed, along with a desk and wardrobes among other things. The kitchen/dining area is shared between 5 people, but each person has their own fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils. All of this is located inside a cupboard that can only be opened with the room key (so no one can take your belongings). Even so, I'm delighted with the flatmates I've had as they are very nice and welcoming. If you want to see photos of the room, you can find them on the residence website (Study Inn Leicester). The room I'm offering is NOT a studio, but an en-suite.
Finally, I want to add that the accommodations are really nice, clean and new. Once every 2 weeks there is room service that will clean the room, and the shared kitchen gets cleaned every day by the accommodation stuff. There is also a small but really well equipped gym and a sauna along with pool tables to play!
It really has everything to make yourself comfortable! I really recommend it here!
