One double room available starts from March in a 3 room house. Double: ￡485/pcm Some bills included: Internet, TV, Water, Council Tax;
Female only Deposit is one month rent
Electricity and Gas are NOT included in the rent, will need to paid monthly when the bill comes, around ￡40 in the summer and 80 in the winter
This is a 3 rooms house, fully furnished, with lots of storage space and a large garden. All necessary equipment are provided: TV, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, 2 fridges 5-10 minutes walk from Lidl, local shops, takeaways, bus station, city hospital; 20 minutes by bus or cycle to the city centre.
Current tenant is 2 girls and a cat, all non smokers, looking to find someone who’s ok with cats. Girls only.
