Top floor of a beautiful brownstone. Utilities (gas, electric, internet) are in the $60-$100 range. Looking for someone to finish out my share of the lease from Jan-Jun. Flexible with move in dates. Option to continue on the lease July 1 but MUST HAVE a job and good credit— the landlord is a huge stickler about this. No exceptions. Otherwise he is totally hands off. 1st and security to move in. Room is approx. 14’ x 10’— the biggest in the apartment. Central air plus two easy going roommates!
