The room is located near de montfort university 5 min walking distance and 20 min walking distance to university of Leicester. Bus stops are everywhere nearby and at 15 min walking distance you have tesco superstore and 10 min walk to the city center. The rent is 420 per month till 24th july 2025
There is also a common room area and laundry area with £3.50 washer and £2.10 dryer per cycle charge using the circuit plus laundry app in A block.
The room is in B block 2nd floor with a lift.
