Room description
I am looking for a flatmate to move into a double bedroom suitable for one occupant (3.05m X 2.65m) in a spacious, modern, clean two bedroom sixth floor flat in Lewisham, London. Also has a large communal patio area shared by surrounding flats. 4 min walk to Lewisham Station (Zone 2/3 - National Rail & DLR), 10 min walk to Lewisham Shopping Centre. 10 min commute to London Bridge, 15 min to Charing Cross, 20 min to Canary Wharf. Still waiting for exact confirmation of rent value for the duration of the next 12 months but the last 12 months were £775. Monthly bills are approx. £185 bringing total rent and bills monthly cost of the room to approx. £960 currently. Rent and bills paid by 1st of each month for the following month. It is a 12 month tenancy agreement. The tenancy renewal is on 4th April but exact move in date may be able to be slightly before. The room will come unfurnished, however the bed and/or mattress can be purchased and remain in the room. I have lived in the flat for three years with two female tenants in that time. The current and previous tenants are available to provide a reference as to my character should you wish to have one. I am a 31 year old male professional, working in sales. My job is mostly remote, working from home. I spend most of my free time going to the gym (there are four within 5 minute walking distance of the flat), running at the track, playing golf, playing video games, and watching movies/shows.
