I have a double room to Rent in a 2 bedroom maisonette. You will only share the flat with one female. I am looking for a mature professional individual who is very clean and very tidy. Couples are accepted but can work out how much extra charge is. You will be sharing kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room.

I am very close to local shops and supermarket which is within walking distance. The bus stops are within walking distance. The flat is based in Bakers Arms. The nearest stations are Walthamstow, Leyton Midland and Leyton. I am looking for someone long term.
