Rent paid monthly (£141 per week). All bills are included (water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi etc.).
It's a sociable area and accessible but also private at the same time. Around other student accommodations. In the north campus area of University of Liverpool. The location is in walking distance of universities, public transport, and shops. Only a few minutes walk away from Tesco and other shops. 8 minutes walk to Liverpool Lime Street Station and about 10 minutes walk to the City Centre.
Stay duration negotiable or potentially a earlier move in date.
Must be a student as its a private student accommodation.
