I'm looking for a room for all of October and November: I'm working full time as a waiter and barman at a restaurant in Marylebone and Gastropub in Paddington and my current landlord is selling and needs me to move out at the end of September.

I'm very responsible, considerate and well-behaved. Non-smoker, vegetarian, clean and tidy. I work 5 days per week and typically finish around 10pm or 11pm, then sleep until mid-late morning. I go to the gym most days.

I have friends in central London and may occasionally socialise with them but only in town or at their places.

I'm happy to pay the 2 months rent up front if need be.
