The flat is ideally located just 5 minutes from both Mapperley and Sherwood, and only 15 minutes from the city centre, with bus stops nearby and on-road parking available. Also close to Woodthorpe park

The flat is fully furnished (by me), EXCEPT for the room advertised.

I'm 24 and hoping to find someone around my age to share this great space with.
