What/when: A single room in private accomadation in Mile End (Zone 2) available to rent for 3 months over the summer from the 1st of June to the 7th of September.
Rent: The rent is £225 per week and £953.49 per month with bills and wifi included.
Room: Modern furnished room which has a single bed, a double cuboard and a large desk, as well as plenty of other storage space.
Flat: The flat has 4 rooms and is currently all girls, the room shares a spacious bathroom with one other person. A female flatmate would be preferred if possible!
Who: This is a great opportunity for someone who only needs short term accomadation. It is ideal for people who have work experience/internships in London, as it is only 2 stops away from Liverpool street and Zone 1. Students are preferred (council tax exempt). Working professionals will be eligible to pay council tax.
Area: The flat is in a great area, on a main road across from Queen Mary University of London and it is surrounded by other student accomadations such as IQ and Unite. It also has great security as it on the top floor and has 3 layers of security to get inside.
Transport: Flat is across fhe road from Queen Mary University of London. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Mile End station (Central, Hammersmirth and District line).
