We are searching for a fantastic, self-sufficient roommate who needs a place to store belongings or call home.

References required: employment letter, ex-landlord letter, passport photo.

This house is suitable for someone who starts the day early and has an early routine, as the rest of the household wakes up at 6 a. m. or earlier during the week and some weekends for work.

This position is ideal for someone who works in the area during the week but returns home Friday evening for the weekend.

You must be working full-time; not from home would be preferred.

Suitable for people working 9 to 5 working hours, preferably. Owners live on the property.

It would be best if you were not allergic to pets, as a cat is in the house. The prospective person must be friendly, respectful, tidy, responsible, and in permanent employment.

We don't use candles or plugin air fresheners, as we are allergic to most chemical products. Unscented natural Ecover or unscented Simple products are essential.

There is no cooking of strong-smelling food like onions, garlic, or meat after 8 p. m., cold food, or reheating food in the microwave until 10 p. m. at the latest.

Strictly no smoker. There is one visitor (including boyfriend/girlfriend) allowed once per month for 1 night stay and the landlords must be informed with at least 24 hour notice. Must be willing to participate in small cleaning rosta for shared areas and room must be kept in good order.

Large, furnished double room en-suite.

Professional household, and the property is kept in excellent order.

Available: three months minimum to long-term.
