I am a 5 star host on AirBnB and I have a clear DBS, so can assure you I am a lovely and honest person to stay with.
3 minutes walk to bus stop, with shopping centre, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Unlimited fibre broadband.
Beautiful countryside, parkland and lake at end of my close, with walking and bike riding paths well laid out.
Come and stay!
Check-in from 6pm to 8pm and arrive back by 10pm latest.
Departure between 8am and 9am.

Hi ladies, I have a lovely double room available in my cosy home.
I offer 3 options:
£25 per night - for one-off stay
£90 per working week (4 nights)
£650 full week (7 nights) - per month
I am looking for a lady who is mature, quiet, respectful, clean, tidy and non-smoking/non-vaping. I have health conditions, so I need somebody who is kind and considerate.
I offer a shower only, no baths, as one toilet in house and I have a condition which means I have to use the toilet when I need to.
No overnight visitors.
I have a friendly cat but she never goes in the spare room.
Ideally, I am looking for a female lodger who I can become friends with.
