This is a lovely double bedroom overlooking the garden at the back of the house. The lodger will also have access to extra space using the small spare bedroom on same floor. This is also shared with the tenant next door. The lodger also can use the cute kitchen and half the conservatory where dining table, fridges and washing machine are located.
