This flat has been an absolute dream for me ever since I'm in Sheffield. Pity that I'm moving out but let me tell you how this ticks every single thing you need.

1. Need lots of space? Extremely huge room (180sqft) with a double bed, 7ft end to end study/work desk with storage drawers and a brand new chair

2. Need good views? Direct river facing apartment on the 3rd floor, heavily insulated walls and windows, no noise issues at all.

3. Need good commute? 7 mins walk to city centre, 1 min to Tesco in the same building, 3 mins to bus stop, 5 mins to tram stop, 10 mins to Sheffield Interchange (bus, train)

4. Need parking? Building has underground covered still parking. Cost for parking included in the bill.

5. Value for money? All bills included, WiFi, electricity, water, heat, council, parking, etc. You pay absolutely nothing more than the rent.

6. Need amenities? Cinema room, games area for snooker, foosball, boardgames, silent study room, laundry, gym, outdoor games arena, amphitheatre, etc. You've got everything you can think of in your building.

7. Need good vicinity? Kellam Island has been voted the best region to reside in Sheffield, lots of amazing restaurants, museums, activity zones, rock climbing parks, gardens, churches, etc in the area at walking distance.

This is 4 bedroom flat, each room has its own bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area (350sqft) is a shared space with more than enough storage space for all. 2 flat mates are male and 1 is a female. All of them are absolutely clean and social hence you won't have to ever worry about cleanliness in common spaces.
