Room description
I’m 23 years old and currently work full time. I am renting my spare room in my 2 bed maisonette flat in the b23 short heath area. £650 a month, this is all bills included. The room can be unfurnished or furnished. The flat comes with a working washing machine and tumble dryer, and access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen, if you want photos of the rest of the flat just pop me a message. I do have 2 cats who are very friendly and no bother at all. There is parking but it isn’t a drive, it’s road parking, lived here for 2 years and never had a problem getting a space. 10/15 minute drive from the city centre and 1 minute walk to the 907 bus stop that takes you straight to the city centre.
