Looking for a female flatmate, 25-35, working professional. Someone quiet and respectful who likes a quiet house. Someone clean and organised. Preferably no work-from-home, please.
The flat is a decent sized, 2-bed based in Leith. We love to keep the place nicely decorated, cosy, and tidy. The room is a small double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, and bedside table. There is plenty of storage in the flat with 3 storage cupboards. We are basement level with a private garden in the back where we enjoy eating out in the sun, gardening, or doing yoga/exercise. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside if you drive. Council tax band C. EPC Rating C. Landlord Registration Number: 50413/230. Bills not included.
I’m a 30-year-old Irish gal, working as a Bookseller 📚 and Assistant Director 🎥 I enjoy reading (naturally), gardening, DIY, interior design, guitar (currently learning to play!), figure skating, the great outdoors (anything water related).
