Room description
We are offering a spacious, furnished, double room with Smart TV which is next door to a bathroom(*not en-suite so not exclusive but only really used by you during your stay as other rooms are en-suite). We are located in a quiet hamlet but only a 10 minute flat walk from Wadebridge town centre which has all required amenities and access to the Camel trail for cycling.
Single occupancy only and the room will be £600/month which includes electric, heating, water, council tax (band c) and broadband. (Any preferred streaming services would be down to you to arrange.) Fortnightly room clean, bed linen and towels also included.
Includes use of kitchen/breakfast room (with sofa), dining room, utility room, bathroom* and large garden, with off road parking.
We do have 1 elderly cat, but sorry, we would not accept further pets and strictly no smokers. We would not want regular guest stay overs or extensive working from home please.
