I'm a professional female in my 30s.
I have a bright double room to rent, in a stylish and spacious (over 1000sq foot) 2 bedroom flat. The flat has been fully refurbished, very fresh and modern throughout. The whole flat is fully furnished, including bedroom furniture. If you would like to use your own current bedroom furniture, I'm completely open to this. Feel free to add plants/ornaments to put your stamp on the room. The room also benefits from a good sized en suite shower room, personal to you.
Large shared open plan living and dining area, as well as kitchen. The flat also has its own private garden, south facing benefitting from gorgeous sunshine during the day in the spring/summer months.

Located in between Norbury and Thornton Heath, it is a 15 minute walk to Norbury Station, which has direct lines to Croydon town centre & Central London (Both London Bridge and Victoria; approx 20mins by train) Good transport links less than 5 mins walk away to Croydon, Brixton, Crystal Palace and Clapham also. Croydon University Hospital less than 10 mins bus ride. The road has free parking if you are a driver.
Local amenities within walking distance include supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, health and beauty stores, parks, petrol stations and more.
