Hi!
I am looking for a friendly house mate to take over my room asap 😊
The house is on Penryn Close which is a 5 min walk away from UEA and 15 min bus journey to the city from the campus! Ideal for a new student!
We are a house consisting of 5 females and 1 male aged 20-22 offering a furnished double room, this includes a desk, cabinet and wardrobe 😊
Rent is £495 excluding utilities. Utilities are £105. The deposit is £495
