Hi, my name is Lacie-Belle,
I’m 31 and it'll be my first time moving out ’alone’ after ending a 12 year relationship. We rented twice, so I understand a little of what I need to for now about landlords and renting.
If it’s a share or has a lot of people, I like a mix of communal spaces and privacy, I respect others too.
I’m very honest myself, so I welcome feedback when I act odd!
I’m sure it will be a lovely environment anyway when I find it!
**I have the deposit money ready, and on 17/2 after 4pm, I’ll have the rest saved.**
I’d like in person viewing where possible please. I’m free very often right now.
Requirements
***An en-suite is essential, as I tend to take my time without noticing and like privacy.
***A relatively large double room for single occupancy for more storage.
***It ideally has to be within 1.5 miles (30 ish minute walk) of The Lace Market. Unless it’s worth the extra distance.
***I don’t mind any preferences like gender, age, working status, etc.
***Furnished is preferable.
Based on what I receive now, it’s expected I’ll have £2000+pcm when I move to Nottingham.
£1100 is just for my disabilities directly. PIP & LCWRA, it’s due to permanent genetic and other disorders/disabilities.
So it is very secure income that can’t be reduced or sanctioned.
I’m still capable, with management of the disorders and the treatment seems to be working well. I’m able to do what others can I just need more breaks.
I’m trying to get more active and social being Autistic, also wanting to join the gym to help with some of my disorders. I figured a share would be a positive experience.
I’m also very happy to consider things like flats, studios, annexe's.. etc too.
I have another volunteer placement lined up locally, for equine therapy for all abilities of disabled people/kids, mainly ND’s..
I last volunteered with ND kids in the new support group the job centre offered.
I like to try give back, I don’t want to be a drain on society if I can help it.
Bills included is a huge benefit as it’s much more simple for me.
I don’t mind gender, orientation, how you identify.. etc, at all, I’m very respectful of identity.
So it doesn’t matter to me as long as they’re a good person/people.
I’m very easy going and laid back.
However, I make sure to upkeep the property, the room share and willing to help out in communal areas with general cleaning and tidying.
