Unfortunately due to family issues I need to move back home and have someone take over my tenancy!!
We’re girls aged 21-24 are currently studying at UAL. We love going to museums, art galleries or just a night at the pub! We're all easy-going, tidy and have created a cozy, friendly home environment ☺️
About the property:
- 4 bed, 1 bath, 1 w/c
- Living room and balcony
- Double room available. £725 + bills (gas, electricity, wifi & water) coming to around £50-60
- 12 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station & 20 minute bus ride to Elephant & Castle Station
- The flat has been recently painted and has had a deep clean so it’s looking like new!
About you:
- Must be a full-time student
- Aged 20-25
- Will need to earn 30x the annual salary or have a UK guarantor who earns 30x the salary
- If you’re international student would need to pay a couple of months rent ahead of moving in but landlord is really nice and helpful so if you have any questions we can send them to him.
- Available to move in from March 28th
