Room description

I am actually subletting HALF OF THE HOUSE so you will only have me as a housemate. It is a good size, clean, modern, 3 bedroom house. The 3rd room is used as storage but you are more than welcome if you want to turn it into office or single bed room. There are 2 car park bays at front plus a garage (used as storage only). We will share the bills 50/50 as they come. There is a Wi-Fi. The house (except your room) is fully furnished. You would not need anything when move in. but a bed and wardrobe. I have a very well behaved cat.
