Large room, with private bathroom, fully furnished cohabiting with a couple, a 6 year old girl and a cat. Located 20min walk of Rickmansworth train station and 5 min to bus stop.
The room is furnished and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with access only from the room.

All bills included. 350 MB fiber optic internet.
This is the only room which rents so no surprise with new lodgers coming in.
You will share the dining, kitchen and garden.

About us:
We are an East European married couple easy going and friendly. We are both working professionals with full-time jobs and lots of overtime worked. Our daughter is an easygoing kid, quite independent and well behaved.
The cat is not allowed in your room, but she is very happy to be shown some love if you enjoy cats. Otherwise , she mostly spends her time outdoors.
We love cooking, not so much of a drinker, like going out and travelling abroad.
About you:
We are looking for a full-time working professionals person bubbly and outgoing, clean, tidy. We accept hybrid work only to a max of 2 days a week.
Available for couples but the monthly rent will slightly increase as to cover for a second occupant.
Payment:£850/month including all bills for single occupancy and 980£/month for a couple.
Viewings are welcomed with prior arrangement.
