Newly decorated fully furnished single bedroom available in large 3 bedroom house in Smallbridge area of Rochdale.
Room includes underbed storage, new single wardrobe, TV with Freeview and fold-down desk.
Superfast broadband is included - perfect for gaming or working from home.
Shared facilities include a large kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine & dryer, bathroom with L shape bath and shower, Living room. Fenced front and back garden available too.
On street parking is available.
We are a couple who both work full time. We expect a housemate to be considerate and tidy like we are as we have created a lovely house and intend to keep it that way.
We have a very friendly cat, so you must like cats!
We are not a party household - mostly quiet and would like someone the same.
No smoking in the house but we don't mind smoking outside as 1 of us smokes and the other doesn't.
