Finance professional looking to share my flat in Selly Oak with one friendly lodger. I am a live in landlord.
Rent is £450 per month.
The flat has been converted to have 2 bedrooms, a cosy lounge/kitchen/dining area and a bathroom.
It is on the second floor with no lift access. It has a dedicated parking space, which I'm happy to allow the lodger exclusive use of.
Also there is secure outdoor storage for bicycles.
The flat is approx. 15 mins walk from Selly Oak train station (12 mins into new street and runs pretty much every 10 minutes), and a variety of supermarkets. About 20 mins walk to QE hospital.
Shared amenities:
Fridge/ freezer, washing/ dryer machine, microwave. Oven, kettle, iron.
Lodger specifics:
Lodger bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe and a desk (which can be removed if not wanted). A chair can be provided.
I'd like a quiet living lodger, friendly and actually sociable, it's why I'm having someone move in after all! Party people, big drinkers or those who are not respectful need not apply! No smokers or drug takers. If you are vegetarian, bear in mind I am not. No burning of incense is allowed, so if you need to do that this is not the flat for you.
Council tax IS included in the rent, band D.
