The downstairs room is bright and airy with its own bathroom by the kitchen.
The bedroom is equipped with a 4' bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk & chair, book shelf and an easy chair
The kitchen is shared by by one other student
It is well equipped with fridge/freezer dishwasher, sink unit, hob, oven, microwave and kettle with crockery and saucepans. There is a breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen
The house is worth viewing if you like a pleasant and quiet atmosphere in which to work whilst at 'home' in comfort - the house is centrally heated and always warm.
There is a garden and chairs to use when the weather is pleasant
