OK Hi So....
*One double - Good to large size. New Mattress 01/02/2025*
I have a huge Edwardian apartment on a beautiful leafy road in Nether Edge and rent out the spare rooms.
All the rooms are good sized doubles and are furnished. All rooms enjoy the benefit the potential of Sky Q (although if you want a sky box in your room I think the current multi-room subscription is £13 so just add that to the room cost and I'll arrange it) All bedrooms have new beds and new mattresses (Updated 2025)
Living room Netflix account / amazon prime / sky & Youtube Premium Ooh also Disney and Apple + TV.
The house in general is fully equipped with mostly high end appliances and even includes a washing machine that sings to you when your washing is done (If that doesn't sell it I don't know what will! ha) There's even a professional cheese toasty maker : ) The living room is beautiful and enjoys currently a 65 inch LCD with a PS5 and Switch - so plenty of gaming opportunities! There's a large main bathroom with toilet and a separate W. C. The house is kept in a pretty much pristine state of tidiness. Someone who appreciates this would go well : )
At the moment we Have Sean - A quality assurance guy... Tom... works on off in hospitality but is an avid film maker and Natasha. I'd prefer someone reasonably sociable as board games / shared dinners / film nights and the occasional night out . house parties are nice bit on my own I don't know enough to host one haha : )
There is a large back garden to use with a picnic table, canopy and a couple of fire pits for those summer nights hanging out with a few drinks.
Only con I can see is the fact I smoke. Some people simply don't like it, you can be the sweetest peach on the tree, but some people just don't like peaches ha. But if you can cope then this place is definitely worth a look
