THIS lovely single room is in a lovely semi-detached house in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac in High Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne (postcode NE7 7 RE) - a stone’s throw from the Freeman Hospital
The rent includes a fortnightly cleaner, council tax, water rates, TV licence, wireless broadband internet access and cable tv. Gas and electricity are shared among the four tenants (bearing in mind predicted price rises, budget for around £60 a month to cover both).
The room size is 2.7m x 2.3m. Just a two-minute walk from a major bus route into the city centre, and very close to Paddy Freeman park, the house has been recently refurbished and redecorated with two double bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious bathroom with electric shower.

Sharing with three young professionals (two female, one male), this first floor bedroom is available to professionals or mature, postgraduate students. This is not a large room, but it is immaculate and comes fully furnished with single bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and mains TV aerial point.
There is a large living room with pebble effect electric fire and modern fireplace, leather furniture and TV. The large breakfasting kitchen comes equipped with table and chairs, breakfast bar, and patio doors leading to a secluded back garden and secluded paved area.
There is also a front garden and driveway, and garage with remote control door. This is a lovely house which offers a quiet place to live with three responsible housemates.
Please note this property is no-smoking. Smokers are welcome, but must smoke outside, while cats and dogs are not allowed. The room is not available to couples, I'm afraid, and the minimum let is strictly 12 months.
