Room description

Hi everyone!

I am renting out 1 room in my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It's located 5 minute walk from Aldgate East or 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street. It's right next to Brick Lane & Spitafields market in the heart of Shoreditch, but also located in a quiet area right by a park and a basketball court. All bills are included!

The room is large, spacious and bright. It has a window with plenty of natural light, a double bed, a working desk, chair & desktop lamp as well as a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, a bedside table and a bedside lamp. You would also have YOUR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM which is also very large, with a bathtub shower and plenty of space for storage.

The flat has a large living room with a lot of tall windows and a small terrace which brings a lot of light to the living room. It's fully equipped too with a big sofa, large TV, a dining table, a coffee table and a music corner with a couple guitars, keyboard and ukelele! There's a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, plenty of wardrobes, kitchen utensils, microwave and a washing machine.

Apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's an elevator in the building. There's also a parking spot (available for an extra) and there is a bike rack inside the building!

I'm looking for someone that is responsible, careful, tidy, organised, professional, friendly and overall easy going. I'm looking for a flatmate that it's easy to communicate with, so we can talk about anything around the flat in a respectful and constructive way :)
