I have a furnished, double room available to rent immediately. The room is in Easton (BS5 0UY) - approximately 10 minutes from the city centre.

The room is in a shared HMO with other rooms/housemates. There is a shared kitchen/diner, shared downstairs shower room (sharing with one other room) and a front and back garden.

Rent is £750 for a single person. £800 for a couple. Internet, council tax and water rates included. Plus £50/month for gas and electricity.
