Room description

Furnished flat in the heart of Old Street. 5 minute walk from the tube/rail station and local shops such as M&S, Aldi, etc. The room would suite a responsible young person just so everyone here is a similar age. The other roommates are all students at University. Ideal for anyone who studies or works in Central London as most places are easily accessible via Northern Line or local buses.

The room itself is well furnished with a desk, wardrobe and drawers and very spacious. The heating is included with the rent and the flat is nice and warm at all times due to the building design. There’s also a balcony which is a good place to chill out.

All utillties are not included. However, there is free Wi-Fi here and if you’re a student then Council Tax will be included with the rent.

I've already moved out on 4/2/25. I need someone to move in by 8/3/25 or just ASAP.

Students would be preferable as students won’t have to pay council tax but if you’re a professional then the council tax is £160p/m.
