large open plan room/kitchen available. only the bathroom is shared. I am the only other person living in the apartment, however I like to keep to myself and am not in a lot of the time, so if your someone who likes their own personal space this would suit you. All bills included. Although there is no wifi set up but incoming tenants are free to set up their own if needed.
