We are 3 professional females and little kitty cat looking another female to add to this lovely house.
We are in the middle of streatham and tooting with easy transport links in and around the area. Streatham common station is only 8 min walk (0.4mile) . Easy links door to destination from Tooting broadway and Brixton .
Easy walking distance of local shops and supermarkets
The bedroom comes fully furnished with Double bed , mattress, wardrobe, and set of drawers bedside table and little tv table . Rent is as showed but without additional bills (I. e water council tax and internet) . Gas and electric is a top up meter .
We have a lovely open garden and shared / living space where we like to entertain when we are not working . We are all NHS shift workers so will be looking for someone ideally who is also a shift worker or someone who can easily fit in /around so that we can also enjoy your company too.
We enjoy cooking for each other but also enjoy our own chill time .
This is a let untill July 2025 as our contract will expire however if you want to stay on then new contract to be sorted out landlord . Our contracts are done yearly
