Room description

a lovely house situated in a quiet area of mount pleasant. it’s located near the primary school and a tescos. we have a private, double room available that has access to both of the shared bathrooms in the house. the property itself has a kitchen with a gas hob, two fridge freezers and a clothes washer/ dryer, and an attached living room with leather sofas and a flat screen, smart television. there is a garden at the back of the property, with a patio that gets the sun during the day. the two bathrooms are located upstairs, both with lovely tall ceiling, and large showers.

two nursing students (female) and an engineering student (male). we’re a quiet bunch that enjoy spending time together, as well as a varied mix of outdoor activities, crafty and design projects, and we have lots of other hobbies including cooking, reading, bouldering and rock climbing, and everything engineering related. we’re a welcome group, and we’re looking for a likeminded, easy going person to join us, to complete this lovely little house.
