I’m seeking a kind, responsible, and organized individual to help manage and maintain a shared property (HMO). This live-in role includes general cleaning and property oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular cleaning of communal areas.
Changing bed linens for new tenants.
Allowing access for handymen or contractors when required.
Ensuring tenants follow house rules.
Conducting weekly fire safety checks.
Monitoring stock levels (e.g., cleaning supplies).
Reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Handling tasks such as window cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and occasional deep cleaning.
