Room description
I am looking for someone to takeover the tenancy in a student house-share in Nottingham. I have already paid the first instalment and therefore the first payment for the new tenant won't be until Oct 1st. However, the room is available now.
The house is nicely furnished and my flatmates are friendly and welcoming. We are a mix of male and female tenants mainly in our second year. I have transferred universities therefore need to rent out my room asap. Details of the property are listed below. Please don't hesitate to contact me to find out more.
Location - 78 Rothesay Avenue: 6 minute drive to University of Nottingham campus, 7 minute drive to Nottingham Trent city campus. 5 minute walk to a bus stop and a 8 minute drive to the train station.
Rent: 3 instalments ( one already paid) £2171 x 3 over the year, with first payment in October 1st. Deposit is £300 and most costs are covered except for utilities.
