Room description
Please see a small double room at the back of the house. The room itself has a double bed with a curved desk. It also has a wardrobe with underneath drawers and plenty of shelving and above the wardrobe for extra storage
Although this room is small, it is a very snug room and it’s beautifully warm in the winter and relatively cool in the summer.
It’s overlooks the outbuilding in the garden, And very mature bamboo, honeysuckle and pink and white roses on the wall.
The other tenants in the house are a mixture of degree students and working professionals. They are all very considerate of each other. I have a group WhatsApp chat group so that any issues can be raised and I can sort them out immediately. This is also useful for Each of them to help each other out and if they see something like for example the washing out they can offer to get it in or they can also use this for the cleaning rotor.
There is a nice large shower upstairs with basin and toilet and also a separate toilet of the kitchen.
The kitchen is open plan with a dining table. The back door which leads off the kitchen goes into the garden which has over 10 m of hardwood benches as well as small table and chairs.
