The living room has a door leading to the patio garden, which is a lovely outdoor space especially in the summer.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
The flat is located in a residential street approx 5 mins from Tooting Broadway tube station and 15 mins from Tooting railway station.
There is a Tesco Local just round the corner. In addition there is a large Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi, Fresh Fruit and veg market as well as many other shops within walking distance.
Recently described as one of the top ten 'coolest places in the world', Tooting also offers a variety of bars cafe's and restaurants as well as several gyms.
The rent is £850p. c. m. (including all bills) One month rent as the deposit is required in advance.
I am a social, easy going male. I have an active lifestyle. I enjoy playing tennis, cycling, sailing and windsurfing. I like bars and pubs. I tend to play tennis a few times a week at a local tennis club and in Battersea Park, but other than that I tend to have quiet nights during the week.
I appreciate we all need our private and personal times, however it would be lovely to socialise with a glass of wine now and then.
