Rooms became available because housemates got jobs outside Bournemouth and will be moving out.
Southern Road is just a few minute's drive to Central Southbourne, Bournemouth, and has excellent local transport links. Plenty of local amenities are within walking distance, including shops, pubs takeaways, etc.
