Downstairs room with private entrance. Family used garden access. Close to train station 5 minute walk, 8 minutes train ride into Birmingham City Centre. Local shops and shopping village. 10 minites drive to Solihull Touchwood.

We're a happy but disciplined family of 4. WFH, house usually quiet between 8:30pm and 8pm. Welcome to join family activities if you prefer or feel free to do your own thing. Downstairs bathroom access only during the night.
