My friend and flatmate Shiv is starting a new job in New York and I am looking for a professional, educated, tidy, interesting, friendly, easy-going, motivated person to replace him on a long-term basis.

Myself, I am an entrepreneur and work in film and TV, consider myself to be a confident introvert, lead a healthy and active lifestyle, rarely drink and as a half-German am organised and tidy.

We will be doing a ‘tenant swap’, which I have done before with our landlady/agent and should be relatively straight forward, assuming you are able to provide employment and previous tenancy references, are earning at least £50K p/a and are ok with transferring the deposit to Shiv directly (more details to be discussed).

Bills, council tax, internet and shared expenses are around £150pcm.
