Room description
Just been redecorated this lovely double room with plenty of storage space including a large double mirrored wardrobe, build in cupboard, ottoman bed. The room is situated in a garden flat with shared use of living room/bathroom/kitchen/garden etc.
There is TV, Wifi, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual cooking facilities shared with myself.
There is easy access to on road parking and close to local buses routes. This room would suit either a working professional or students as it`s close to Talbot Campus or on bus route to Lansdowne.
I`m a friendly, fun, easy going guy that respects the needs of others and I`m looking for the same in a flatmate that`s clean, tidy, respectful, responsible but also communicates well and can enjoy the values that are part of sharing in the same household.
I have many interests and it would be good to share some of those interests with my new flatmate and share some quality times be it bbq`s in the summer, visiting the local beaches or exploring nature etc.
The deposit is £350
Monthly rate £700 p/m in advance.
