Fully furnished double room as part of my beautiful, clean and tidy house in Finchampstead. The room offers fitted wardrobes plus drink making facilities, and faces the rear of the house. You will have sole use of your own personal spacious modern bathroom, with walk in shower etc.(not ensuite though)
The kitchen area and utility room (with washer, dryer and spare fridgefreezer) are to share with one other occupant of the house.
The large comfortable lounge dining area, is available for you to use on request, which includes a smart TV.
The very private, south facing, rear garden is for your use, again, on request.
The house is in a very peaceful area and not overlooked. Space for parking on driveway or on road in front of house, with garage for storage.
Includes bills and broadband.
I am looking for a professional, clean and tidy, non-smoking person who is easy going and would enjoy living in this very quiet cul-de-sac location. Although, it is still in short walking distance to bus stop and local shops and restaurants, doctors and dentist. Also, close to Wokingham, Bracknell, Reading and Camberley.
It's a short drive to railway station in Wokingham to travel direct to London, Reading etc, and also close to access M4 and M3.
