Looking for a 5th tenant for the 2025/2026 period.

We are a house of all girls studying adult nursing. The house is quite central; 10 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes walk from uni, and 15 minutes walk from the centre.

The rent is £175.00 a week including bills for a fully furnished double room, 2 toilets, communal bathroom and kitchen.

The landlord is always really helpful and is always willing to help with anything asked. We have loved this house this year and would hate to have to move.
