Room description
Large double room with ensuite shower room to rent. Room comprises of double bed, sofa, desk, chair, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Shower room has power shower in modern cubicle with toilet and small sink in white. Mirror cabinet over sink and heated towel rail. The house has gas central heating, wifi, sky tv, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, large kitchen, downstairs loo 4 beds and 3 baths. We are located in the middle of a village with all amenities on your door step, tescos, chemist, 2 pubs etc. An excellent bus service runs into the centre of York every 15 minutes 6am till late. I am looking for a clean, tidy, honest person to share our home during the working week. A good sense of humour always helps also we have a dog so animal lover would help. This is a Monday to Friday Let.
