Hello! My name is Xanthos Kekkos, a 22 year old guy from Cyprus and I'm searching for a room in Edinburgh from September to December. As a friendly, responsible, and tidy exchange student, I'm looking for a place where I can study, relax, and enjoy my time in the city.
Here’s a bit about me:
Non-Smoker & Quiet: I don't smoke, and I’m not into late-night outings, so you won’t have to worry about noise at odd hours.
No Parties: I don't really host parties and prefer a peaceful home environment. In the rare case that I do want to host a party, I make sure to ask the permission of the rest of the housemates.
Respectful & Privacy-Conscious: I deeply respect the privacy and personal space of others, ensuring a harmonious living arrangement.
Experienced in Shared Living: I’ve been living with six others in Amsterdam for the past two years, so I’m well-versed in communicating and respecting shared spaces and schedules.
Minimal Kitchen Use: I follow a diet plan and usually meal-prep twice a week, meaning I don't occupy the kitchen for long or need much fridge space.
Supportive Housemate: I’m always happy to help out around the house whenever needed.
When I'm not studying, you'll likely find me at the nearest calisthenics park, in my room watching football (I’m a Manchester United fan ), or cooking up some of my weekly meals.
