The property has high-speed internet (500mbps) in case you need to work from home. The room has a small worktable as well. Property also has security system (CCTV and Alarm system) in place.
Bills included (Electricity, gas, council tax, water, Broadband, Netflix, cleaning of bathrooms and common areas). Working professionals preferred. Long let (over six months) might be considered.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and would keep the room and shared areas tidy. I usually work from office and if you work from home then this place is perfect for you.
The room is conveniently located to East Croydon (7-10min walk via the Caithness Walk Side Exit), West Croydon (12 mins walk) stations and Selhurst station (15 mins walk) and Gatwick Airport (15 mins from East Croydon). East Croydon offers excellent connectivity to central London ( Victoria- 18mins and London Bridge station- 15min).
7-10 mins walk to Lidl, Tesco and Co-op and Whitgift Center. 15-20 min walk to Croydon Restaurant Quarter.
